Specific workshops include deep dives on cultivating resilience, practicing gratitude, developing a growth mindset, playing to true strengths (vs resume skillsets), finding more flow and feelings of being “in the zone,” and making meaning and purpose of our lives.

Depending on a client’s needs, we can collaborate for a single workshop, a series, or on a quarterly retainer. The most popular introductory offering is a 3 workshop package customized for your organization.

Our stories make us unique and yet we have often left them outside of the workplace. These workshops are designed to help empower employees to own, and share, their journeys both to and within your organization. Employees who can make meaning of their journey to today, and truly articulate their personal “why” for being a part of your team, are more likely to feel valued, understood, and committed to an organization. In addition, learning to share one’s own story can be a fun and novel approach to that common “hone presentation skills” development opportunity often identified in reviews.

These workshops are most popular with junior and mid-level employees. The most popular introductory offering is a quarterly package designed to enable attendees sufficient time to craft, practice, and share their stories.

Whether employees are striving to find more alignment in life today or seeking the courage to make big changes tomorrow, we’ll work together to get them where they want to be and how you want to feel. This coaching often flows naturally out of the positive psychology and/or storytelling workshops as attendees have begun to practice a deeper level of introspection and self-awareness. Although each coaching relationship is unique, the main common connective thread is a client feeling of misalignment or “stuckness” in some aspect of life or work that is preventing him or her from further growth or expansion.

While there are many ways to structure coaching within your organization, most clients begin by choosing to layer a coaching component on top of a workshop to give each participant the chance to be supported while privately digging deeper into the personal realizations and opportunities identified during group exercises and reflections.

I have 20 years of corporate strategy experience for big companies and startups alike. From my early career days as a management consultant to several in-house strategy groups to partnerships forged through my own company, there is nothing that lights me up more than helping clients expand in new and exciting ways. 

Specific areas of expertise include Multicultural Business Strategy and Audience Evolution, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, and Corporate Philanthropy and Foundations.
